New Restaurants Bring New Life to Braddock Neighborhood

By bcchrisc • February 10th, 2015

Have you walked the blocks near the Braddock Metro lately? If so, then you have realized the number of restaurants popping up on up and coming corners. There are three new additions to our slice of Old Town, and a fourth on the way. Bastille, a favorite French spot, has set up its home in The Asher; Lost Dog Cafe is on the way, and do I even need to mention Sugar Shack? It is great to see some new places opening along our blocks due to the increase of new residents occupying high end apartment buildings.

To peek into what’s  headed our way, and what’s already there, check out this article by  The Washington Business Journal, “Alexandria’s industrial enclave welcomes the gourmet goods.”
